My name is Shane Ellison. I am a chemist, author, pilot, husband and father of 4. The 18-Min Workout is what my family uses to “get more for less.” I used it to help me win a jiu-jitsu world championship. My wife won The Arnold Amateur after having 2 kids.

What this report will teach you:

British scientists found that running kills the heart over the long term. The Harvard School of Public Health discovered that obsessive weight training, like P90X and Crossfit caused participants to gain their burned calories right back by eating them, and then some. The end result was continued weight gain despite the strenuous effort. The way to get more for less, is with hormesis.

Activating hormesis will give you:

  • Expanded Lung Volume
  • Greater Oxygen-Carrying Capacity of the Blood
  • A Stronger Heart
  • More Muscle
  • Less Fat

Hormesis means to stimulate or to set into motion. It is an evolutionary adaptive response – a change that your body makes after confronting a challenge. This is a survival mechanism that’s hardwired into your genetics.

Your goal with exercise is to harness the biological phenomenon of hormesis to produce positive adaptive changes. Anything else is just a waste of time, or worse, a waste of health.

Shane Ellison is the author of Over-The-Counter Natural Cures, winner of the Pinnacle Book Achievement Award. He has a BS in biology from Fort Lewis College and an MS in organic chemistry from Northern Arizona University.

As an undergraduate, he was a two-time recipient of the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Grant for his studies in biochemistry and physiology under Dr. Sherrie Byrd and Dr. Les Sommerville.
